Fudge is such a simple no-bake treat, taking only minutes to prepare. It also makes a fantastic gift for the holidays - everyone loves fudge!
Fudge is hands down one of my most favorite sweets. I just adore the soft texture and the perfect amount of sweetness.
This fudge combines to main ingredients that almost everyone loves. Chocolate and Nutella. What could go wrong with this combination! Well... it can go wrong. It's way too addictive.
This Hazelnut Chocolate Fudge is just amazing. The chocolate and Nutella, of course, taste wonderful together. The added hazelnuts give a great crunch and add a lovely nutty flavor.
This fudge would make a great gift for Christmas, birthdays, or any holiday you celebrate. It's nice and simple to make so would be a great option for kids to make too (with supervision over the stove top of course!).
Hazelnut Chocolate Fudge
Makes about 30 pieces
400 g tin condensed milk
1 Cup brown sugar
100 g butter
100 g milk chocolate
1/2 Cup hazelnut spread (such as Nutella or something similar)
1/3 Cup (70 g) Hazelnuts
1. Combine the condensed milk, sugar, and butter in a saucepan over a low-medium heat. Heat for about 5 minutes, until the butter is melted, the mixture is smooth, and the sugar is dissolved.
2. Turn off the heat and add the chocolate and Nutella. Stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is well combined and smooth.
3. Add the hazelnuts, mix well. Press into a lined or greased baking tin (like a brownie pan or similar) and chill until set before cutting into squares.
Beautiful! This would make such a great gift, I know I would LOVE to receive it. Yum!
