Those look so delicious!
ReplyDeleteThanks Brandi! They were :) Baking with feijoas always leads to such deliciously moist cakes and muffins.
DeleteThese look great. I've never heard of it, but should to make these lovelies
ReplyDeleteThank you Nicky! Feijoas are fantastic! Not many people outside of NZ have heard of them so I thought it would be nice to share something typically kiwi here for you all. And I'm sure you will be able to track down feijoas somewhere, even if they are just canned :)
ReplyDeleteNicole, these muffins look so good. To be honest this is the first time I hear about Feijoas, looks yummy. Hadia from Hadia's Lebanese Cuisine.
